Course description In the course you are trained to develop an application oriented training programme, considering target group characteristics, training needs, outcomes, timing, methods and how to evaluate the programme(s). Own and fellow participants' experience is also appreciated here. Relevant aspects of training adults vs students will be discussed, which can also be experienced while preparing and executing practical micro teaching. You will be trained in the organisation of extension and training activities, setting up these activities and how to implement these activities. Practical classes where we have Dutch farmers participating in answering questionnaires and setting up of extension programmes.
