Course description | International Business and Management Studies is a hands-on programme taught entirely in English, which leads to a bachelor's degree. You will be studying in an international environment with students and teachers from all over the world. If you'd like to experience action learning, develop 'soft skills' and stretch your potential and acquire hands-on experience, then the part-time programme International Business and Management Studies might be just the ticket for you. Study subjects | IBMS is a general course that covers the main areas of business and management (with subjects including Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Management and Organisation, Cross-Cultural Awareness etc.) In addition, upon completion of your studies you will have the opportunity to pursue a business degree at the University of Amsterdam. |
Course objectives | In the International Business and Management programme you will learn the ins and outs of doing business internationally. You will also learn to communicate in english and a second foreign language of your choice. Having successfully completed the programme, you can work in different departments, such as Marketing, HR or Finance, due to the wideness of the IBMS studies and the multiple choices for specialization. |
