Course summary How are war and justice regulated in times of international turmoil? How can the international community develop effective governance mechanisms, including law, to better honour peace as a fundamental
Course description Building on the general knowledge and insights gained during the common part of the programme, this specialisation seeks to advance in-depth knowledge on the legal regulation of war and peace, the quest for justice (substantively and procedurally) as well as strengthening the rule of law in international economic relations and sound and sustainable development of the world economy.

Course objectives Our seminars will provide you with a thorough understanding of the regulations of war and peace, the legal mechanisms currently affecting the world economy, and the overall quest for justice. We also offer an academic track that emphasises international dispute and arbitration. You will also develop your professional skills through academic debate, and professional application, as well as oral and written presentations.
