Field of study | Humanities, social sciences, communication and arts |
Course summary | In the IBC programme at Radboud University you can combine the study of communication processes in (international) organisations with learning a foreign language (English, French, German, or Spanish). |
Course description | The Nijmegen Bachelor's in International Business Communication provides you with a unique and exciting opportunity to study communication and organisation in combination with a foreign language (English, French, German or Spanish). In several foreign language courses you will develop your business communication competence in one of the four foreign languages and gain a thorough understanding of the culture of the countries where the language is spoken. Our foreign language courses are content-based, which means you will be working on realistic projects relating to questions and issues in international (business) communication, such as organising the promotion for an international trade fair, exploring a foreign market for a product, designing an advertising campaign in the foreign language or developing a communication plan for a foreign start-up company. |
Study subjects | The bachelor's degree program consists of a major and a minor. The major is the core of the programme. You also have the choice of different packages that form the minor. This minor revolves around a current social theme. In the three-year Bachelor's degree you will deepen and broaden your knowledge every year, so afterwards you will have developed an in-depth academic attitude and a critical view. |
