THIM University of Applied Sciences in Physiotherapy

THIM Academy Fysiotherapy

Bachelor Undergraduate Nieuwegein

Course description

Qualification Bachelor of Science
Field of study Health care, social services and care services
Course summary THIM is different. We focus solely on physiotherapy. As a private institution, THIM has the opportunity to do things differently: small classes, personal tutoring and no numerus fixus.
Course description THIM is a private school. You will be taught in small groups of around 24 students. We feel it is important that you feel at home, so we aim to keep the distance between you, the teaching staff and the management of our Physiotherapy programme as small as possible. This will give you the chance to build strong relationships. Intensive personal coaching is one of our most important pillars. This will start from the moment that the student is starting the application process. We do not do entrance tests but we will invite you to have a personal intake interview. We will give you a tour, and there is a possibility to attend one of our 'student-for-a-day' days. Studying physiotherapy starts laying a strong foundation of knowledge and skills. That is why every student follows the same foundation courses. Next to that, THIM offers a variety of options to structure the program in a way that suits your interests.
