Course description A Tilburg University Master's program in Supply Chain Management offers you: * Contemporary scientific theory combined with insights from industry. The program teaches you how to make informed decisions by combining insights from theory with understanding of the practice of supply chain management. * Diverse and engaging teaching methods: from lectures and tutorials to guest lecturers from industry representatives, and group assignments. * The possibility to pursue a dual degree, in collaboration with one of our foreign partner universities. * The opportunity to do an internship: the curriculum facilitates (via the master thesis) doing an internship, allowing you to gain work experience, obtain an enhanced understanding of Supply Chain Management in practice, and to build up your network. * Ideal preparation for a successful career as a manager of, specialist in, or consultant on the various supply chain processes (production/ operations, purchasing, distribution, coordination/ integration. * North Brabant is the logistics center of Netherlands and hosts some of the best employers in this field (ASML, DAF, Vanderlande, DSL, XPO Logistics and more).
Study subjects The MSc in Supply Chain consists of 60 ECTS, of which: * 6 mandatory courses (36 ECTS) * 1 choice course (6 ECTS) * A Master Thesis (18 ECTS)
Course objectives The execution of a company's primary processes and its linkages with suppliers and distributors is the central theme of this program. Graduates will be able to apply the main concepts, tools and models in logistics and operation management, production management and physical distribution.

You will need a solid academic basis in the following areas in order to qualify for the Master's in Supply Chain Management program: Organization Theories Academic Training Economics and Business Supply Chain Management (at least two undergraduate courses) Methods (research methods, mathematics, statistics)
