Course summary This Master equips you with the advanced tools needed to understand and manage the complex problems facing companies and governments in the field of international business taxation.
Course description Taxation is an increasingly important determinant for enterprises in their decision-making processes on where and how to invest. Incentives and disincentives created by tax systems affect the behavior of multinational enterprises. Nonetheless, economic considerations are taken into account as well in the decision-making process on whether, where and how to invest. Students acquire in-depth knowledge in the key areas of international business tax economics. They learn to understand how tax and economic considerations interrelate. Admission

Admission requirements
  1. GRE (international students) Our incoming students usually score above the 75% percentile on the GRE General test.
  2. Proficiency in English is required. Students who obtained their Bachelor's degree in the Netherlands, native English speakers and applicants with a Bachelor's degree from a programme entirely in English are admitted without an English proficiency test.
  3. A Bachelor's degree in Economics is the most natural qualification to enter the program. However, your application for admission to the program will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the content of your Bachelor's program and your performance in this program.
