Course summary The online master specialisation Food Technology focuses on the core of food technology: ingredient functionality, sustainable food process engineering and product design.
Course description The online specialisation is part of the master Food Technology, which is one of the best and most innovative programmes in Europe and worldwide. You will learn how to perform food science research, design food products and improve food production processes. Since the programme includes input from different disciplines: food chemistry, food physics, food microbiology, food process engineering and food quality & design, you will be able to work in different branches of the food industry.
Study subjects This online master is designed for part-time study (approx. 20 hrs/week) to combine work and study. Tow years of courses will be followed by a tailor-made internship and Master thesis. During the courses, you will closely collaborate with lecturers, tutors and fellow distance learning students on a virtual learning platform. You can organise your internship and Master thesis in your professional context, either part-time or full-time.
